Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers breathtaking views of Petřín, Lesser Town, and Nerudova Street. The only downside was that the rooms could have been serviced earlier than mid-afternoon during our stay.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and offered special touches like L'Occitane products and comfortable beds. The only downside was that room servicing could have been done earlier. The location was superb, right next to Prague Castle and close to major tourist attractions. The dining experience was excellent, though there were slight delays in replenishing the buffet. Overall, a great value for the money.
I found the hotel to be in a convenient location, close to various attractions, with lovely and polite staff. The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately, there were some issues with temperature control and additional charges for amenities. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the good size of the rooms.
The hotel offers modern rooms with large windows facing the inner courtyard, ensuring a super quiet stay. The rooms are clean but may appear larger in photos. However, some rooms with only one window can get extremely warm despite efforts to cool them down. The service is attentive and welcoming, providing a pleasant experience. The location is perfect, close to historical attractions like Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, although it may involve some uphill walking. The dining experience, while nice, could be improved in terms of variety. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location.
Staying at this hotel was like stepping into a castle with lovely high wood-painted ceilings. The views of Petřín, Lesser Town, and Nerudova Street were truly breathtaking. The rooms, though spacious, lacked air conditioning, which was a downside, but overall a delightful experience.
The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to major attractions, but the rooms were uncomfortably hot and loud due to street noise. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome and efficient assistance throughout our stay. The dining options were varied, but some may find the quality lacking. The facilities were satisfactory, though some may find the price slightly high for the overall experience.
